BOSCH
HOEK GOLF CLUB
Bosch Hoek is a 9 hole,
18 tee course designed around a lake, dams, streams and beautiful
trees. It is a challenging course, with water features
on seven holes. Bosch Hoek is positioned at Balgowan
near Howick - a four hour drive from Johannesburg or
a leisurely one and a half hour drive from Durban.
It is no more than a 10 minute drive from Gowrie Farm and is
easily accessible via the N3 toll highway (exit 125).

COUNTRY ESTATE
Sakabula Golf Club is situated in
the foothills of the Midlands. This superb 18 hole,
par 73 course provides a real test of golf in a relaxed, friendly
country environment. Just 20 kms from Pietermaritzburg
(and a 25 minuted drive from Gowrie Farm), the course has
breathtaking views over the Drakensberg, numerous dams and
wetland area, attracting over 70 species of bird.

is one of the "must plays" in South Africa.
The newly upgraded course is now able to offer world-class
golfing experience with superb, undulating bent grass greens
all year round. Located in the scenic parklands adjoining
the Queen Elizabeth Nature Reserve, the VCC is approximately

is a source of particularly great pride among the locals.

MOOI RIVER COUNTRY CLUB Mooi River Country Club is set in
the hills and with a panoramic view of the Drakensberg and
surrounding farmlands. This 11 hole, 18 tee par 72,
rating 71 golf course will provide a challenge to the most
discerning golfer. Social competitions are played on
Thursdays and Saturdays. Visitors are welcome.
This course is a 20 minute drive from Gowrie Farm.
