| This building deposit will be refunded to the contractor on completion of the building, subject to the contractor having complied with the conditions of the Gowrie Farm Contractor's Agreement. SITE INSPECTIONS To avoid any building taking place that is not in terms of what has been approved by the Architectural Committee, an inspection and sign off will be required at the following stages of the building process: 1. Set out of foundations to the site: to ensure the proposed house is correctly positioned on the site. 2. At completion of footings to the floor slab. 3. At wall plate height: At this stage, the roof plan from the supplier is also required to ensure that the roof pitch is correct. The purpose of the inspections is to prevent errors or deviations being identified after they become costly to rectify.
