With regard to the re-sale of erven at Gowrie Farm, please note clause 23. of the Re-Sale Agreement, an extract of which is as follows: "It is agreed that should the purchaser wish to re-sell the property during the development period, the purchaser shall be obliged to grant a sole mandate to the developer for a period of 90 days.
