Conference Terms and Conditions
All times for teas and meals should be organized before your conference to ensure no interruptions. For prompt lunch service, we request that the delegates make the meal selection during the morning tea or afternoon tea. Drinks are served at an additional cost; please arrange post conference drinks/ sundowners prior to arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation. The balance is due three days before the conference.
- Any additional costs must be settled on departure.
- The number of delegates attending must be re-confirmed three days before the conference.
- Please supply a detailed schedule to ensure the smooth running of your conference. Should times or activities change please provide us with advanced warning so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
- In your schedule, please allocate at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for your three-course dinner to be served.
- If canceling your booking less than 1 month before the conference, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
