At Gowrie Farm, we believe that golf is a walking game. It is how golf has been played for hundreds of years and it is the best way to experience our golf course; feeling the grass under your feet, soaking up the champagne air and taking in the magnificent views of the Midlands. It’s an experience that cannot be matched in a golf cart.
We do, however, appreciate that there are those who cannot walk, and those who prefer not to. Accordingly, we provide a limited number of golf carts. However, to reclaim the ambiance and atmosphere of a walking course, we have removed the roofs from our carts, and ask that those who choose to use a cart do so with consideration for the golf course and for those golfers who choose to walk.
