Set within the Gowrie Farm estate in Nottingham Road, The Crofts comprise nine standalone, two-bedroom cottages positioned alongside the course.
Each cottage is set apart to allow for privacy, while still forming part of a shared environment. Stays here are flexible — whether for a few days away, a golf weekend or time spent with friends and family.
King’s Barn offers a place to come together, while each cottage remains a space to retreat to.
The cottages at the Crofts
The Crofts comprise nine two-bedroom cottages, each accommodating up to four guests.
Each unit includes:
- Two bedrooms
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Open-plan living area with fireplace
- Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering
- Private veranda

Each Croft is individually named, drawing on the heritage of Gowrie Farm and the wider history of golf — with stories that connect the Midlands to courses and characters across Scotland, Ireland and beyond.

King's Barn
King’s Barn is a shared space at The Crofts, available for gathering across stays.
Inside is a flexible 36-seater space with a full kitchen, lounge, fireplace and Morso stove, opening onto a wide patio.
It offers a place to come together — whether for post-round drinks, shared meals, celebrations or team sessions — while the cottages remain private.
Gowrie Farm
The Crofts form part of the wider Gowrie Farm estate. Guests have access to the 18-hole golf course, walking trails and the on-site restaurant — all within easy reach.
It’s a stay that balances independence with connection to the full Gowrie Farm experience.
